During the past months we have undergone in depth due diligence on the team, project, tech and every aspect of the company, by various parties. I'm extremely excited to announce that this has resulted in us signing several partnerships over the past few weeks, one of which with Applicature 👀 (where we achieved one of the highest scores in due diligence ever awarded by them). Just to give you an idea, Applicature, together with their VC arm Mempool Ventures provide full service blockchain development, marketing, funding, key relationship development, and advisory services to accelerate growth. This is a major step towards our funding goals, brand awareness, instilling corporate credibility and validity of the project as well as exponential expansion of the company and opens up the door to their LPs. We will work together in 2023 on completing our current round of funding as well as many other areas (more news on this later). Next to this, and despite current market conditions, we are in term sheet discussions, but obviously we can't disclose any details around this at present. Again, this is highly confidential at the moment, we will wait with an official announcement till mid January for maximum marketing impact, but I wanted to give you all some idea of what is happening behind the scenes, even if Iwan will kill me over this 😅.
