👀Update: Whitepaper Registration 👀 Hello Sonarians, We’ve recently been informed that new MICA regulations are to be finalized in Quarter 1 of 2023. This is very positive news for Sonar. As such, the procedure we must follow means we should almost immediately be compliant given the work we have already put forth on Sonar’s behalf under current regulation. What does this mean? The new regulations mean that the previous registration procedure will become redundant as the new MICA registration requirements are to be recognized as the new law to follow. Under the new regulations Sonar is effectively already compliant according to the new requirements. This also means that our registration should be completed in very short measure when these regulations come into effect. So…To answer the question, “wen whitepaper registration?”, we can now say Q1 of 2023 as long as EU's new MICA regulations remain on track of their stated timeline for implementation.
